⌄ How do I track my order?
Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your purchase. Please note that the shipping courier is determined by the product ordered and the country of delivery. We strive to provide the best possible service and ensure a timely delivery of your order. If you are unable to find your order confirmation or tracking information, please check your junk folder as sometimes our emails accidentally end up in there.
⌄ When will my order arrive?
We will ship your order within 3 days. For UK orders once dispatched, your order will take approximately 2-5 days to be delivered. For international shipping, delivery times may vary from 3-10 days, depending on your location. We try to provide tracking for all customers, regardless of location.
⌄ What happens if my order gets damaged in the post?
If an item arrives damaged please contact me within 5 days with photographs of the damage and packaging and i will arrange a replacement for you. Original Art is always sent fully insured, to protect both the collector and artist.
⌄ Where do you ship to?
We ship globally and offer free UK shipping on all of our products, for orders outside of the UK a shipping quote will be made once you enter your delivery address at checkout. For Originals a quote will need to be calculated, once you contact the Artist with your delivery address.

⌄ How long will my Artwork Last?
I Pride myself in only using pigments and surfaces with a lifetime pigmentation guarantee, this means that all my Original Artworks and prints conform to museum quality standards. All Prints both on paper and canvas are made using a state of the Art Giclee printer, these pigments are UV stable and have a colour vibrancy lifetime of 100+ years.
⌄ Does Artwork come with a certificate of authenticity?
All of my original Artworks and Limited-Edition Prints are signed and complete with a paper certificate of authenticity.
⌄ What is your process?
Majority of my work is made using 100% Lightfast (maximal pigmentation lifetime) Pencils, made predominantly from Oil and wax based pigments. My Favourite surface to work on is called Pastelmat and is made by Clairefontaine, there is no other surface quite like it, it has a beautiful velvety texture, that allows me to build up lots of layers, producing a strong sense of depth and allowing me to capture the true essence and render lifelike texture that makes you feel incredibly close to the subject. I start by lightly drawing my outline in a pale colour, and then usually work in sections, building up my values (darks and lights) and bringing out my subject on the page, once I have established the form of my subject and the depth of colour i'm after, I begin to refine my creation, bringing out details until I am happy with the final result. I almost always start with the eyes, its where i'm most drawn to and I feel a strong sense of connection with my subject and by far my most favourite part to create. ⌄ What is the inspiration behind your Art?
I am deeply inspired by emotional and meaningful connection, and the ability I have to draw upon those connections shared amongst the creatures in the animal kingdom, inviting the viewer to see the subject in a way that helps them feel emotionally connected, with a strong sense of empathy. I strive for my art to evoke strong feelings of love, connection, calmness, purity and empathy and to invite the viewer to see the subjects as magnificent beings with strong emotions and feelings, just like us. By highlighting the beautiful bonds they share with their own.
⌄ How do I take care of my Art?
Take care of your Art by displaying Prints and original Art out of direct sunlight, all prints and originals on paper surfaces should be displayed behind glass, in an acid-free mount to prevent the art from touching the glass surface and developing damage from moisture, avoid touching the artwork as much as possible, and use the outside border to handle your art. All Prints and Original Art come with care instructions.
